WE ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED, "HOW CAN I  HELP OUR MILITARY FAMILIES?"

* Save your Sunday news paper "coupon inserts" from the recycle bin. Ask family, co-workers, neighbors, friends at church to pull out coupon inserts before recycling their newspaper. (Share the link to this web page.)

* Up-to-date list to mail expired coupons to overseas military bases, where they are allowed to use them for 6 months past the expiration date! Please don't mail  them more than 2 weeks expired, in order to give time in transit and then processing.

*
Unexpired coupons to help active military and Veterans living in the U.S. can be
sent to OAVN using the address at the bottom of the page.

Unexpired coupons can be used to help with projects for Veterans, Retired, Honorably Discharged and families of active military.

SHOULD COUPONS BE CUT OUT? It is up to you but it saves you postage costs
if you mail them. It also saves time as the number of volunteers to cut out coupons
is very limited.
